Ingredients
1 large sweet potato, peeled and sliced into 1/2" thick matchsticks
Olive oil
Sea salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a bowl or lidded container, toss sweet potato fries in olive oil and season with sea salt.
3. Spread sweet potato fries on a baking sheet, making sure the fries are not overcrowded.
4. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet for 30 minutes or until golden crisp. Flip the fries once half way through. Serve with chipotle aioli (recipe coming tomorrow).
