Sriracha mayo is so popular that many stores now offer it as a condiment next to ketchup. For those of you who have not heard of Sriracha, it is an Asian hot sauce made from chili peppers. It is spicy but also has a hint of sweetness.
But folks, let me tell you, this sriracha cream sauce recipe is infinitely better than any sriracha mayo out there! What makes this sauce stand out above the rest is the addition of sweetened condensed milk. The result is a sweet and creamy sauce with hint of sriracha hot sauce that is finger lickin' good.
If I could eat one condiment for the rest of my life, I would hands-down pick this Sriracha Cream Sauce. Sorry, ketchup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 tbsp Sriracha
1-1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until needed. I would recommend making a double batch and use as a condiment (hot dogs, burgers, pizza or sandwiches), as a dipping sauce (chicken fingers, fish sticks or fries) or as a finishing sauce drizzled over teriyaki salmon.
